Refund Process: We do not provide cash refunds. However, customers can exchange items for equal-value books or any other available items in our store.

Erroneously Placed Orders: If an order is placed incorrectly, we offer the option to exchange the item. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply.

Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain the highest standards in customer satisfaction. Each book undergoes a thorough examination before dispatch to ensure optimal condition upon delivery.

Delivery and Return Timeframe:

• We use courier services for all deliveries.
• Returns are accepted within 5-7 working days.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the buyer’s Postal code and package weight.
• “Local courier service” is only available for addresses within Sri Lanka.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must reach the provided return address within seven days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and be in the same condition as received.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us immediately to request an RMA. Provide the following details:

• Your Order Number
• E-mail Address
• Date of Receipt of Goods
• Reason for Return
• Pictures of the Damaged Item

Shipping Costs: Panuval Book Mart will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part. If the return is not due to an error from our end, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

RMA Details: Please return items to the address provided in the RMA.

Credit Card Purchases: For purchases made with a credit card, refunded funds will be deposited back into the original credit card. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
